At Mentasa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To qualify:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur).

5. Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you correctly.Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered with in 4-5 days
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
